What I Do

African Woven Arts is a source for authentic African textiles. I consult, plan and procure textiles for your project—be it a private home or company lobby and offices. I can work with you on creating “safari style”—a unique way of using color, African textiles and art, natural materials and western elements to create a feeling of luxury, ease and adventure, much like you would find in a home or lodging in the African bush.

I work to your specifications to have textiles framed or expertly made into pillows, runners, window swags or wall art. I can recommend accents such as textile hangers, baskets, carvings or artwork for your home or office space. Or, you can purchase an individual textile or accent. With contacts on the African continent, I send you photos of textiles and art (of interest to you) for your consideration.
